Best possible and quiet location, very very nice area, close to Sameba Cathedral the main Cathedral of Tbilisi, a "aerial tramway "away from the Kartlis Deda at the Kartlis viewpoint where a beautiful panoramic scene of the city can be viewed and Peace Bridge, Cable Car and other main sites of Old Tbilisi. Good and savoury food.

I had a great city trip with an exceptionally pleasant stay. The location is perfect, as I was able to see the main cathedral and walk to the city center in under 10 minutes. The staff was very friendly, and the home-cooked food was superb. I enjoyed the unique atmosphere that made it feel like home. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, the room was always clean, and hot water never ran out.
The breakfast could have been improved with more variety and fresher fruits. I missed having a place to sit comfortably and work in my room, as the refrigerator took up unnecessary space.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in the heart of the old city. The location is perfect, situated on a hill next to the famous Sameba Cathedral. The staff, especially Diana and Angela, were friendly and incredibly helpful. They even upgraded my room to one with a big balcony, where I could enjoy the beautiful views. The rooms were clean and equipped with all the basic amenities I needed, and the breakfast served delicious made-to-order omelets.
Everything was great, nothing to improve!

During our Thanksgiving trip, we were pleasantly surprised with the delicious complementary breakfast and evening snacks. the location was very convenient, being in walking distance from several popular attractions and restaurants.
The lack of soundproofing between the rooms. We could hear our neighbors clearly which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
